Yuen Teen has been involved in many key corporate governance developments in Singapore and the region. He was the founder of the first corporate governance centre in Singapore and developed the first corporate governance index in Singapore; has served on various corporate governance committees set up by the Singapore authorities; has served on boards and committees in various not-for-profit and international organisations; regularly conducts training for directors, regulators and other professionals; edits an annual collection of case studies published by CPA Australia; and has been recognised by both investor and director bodies with awards and citations for his contributions to corporate governance.
