Since Grab has been in the news, I thought I would post the case study which my students wrote and which I edited. It was in Volume 11 of the Corporate Governance Case Studies published by CPA Australia last year.

Mak Yuen Teen
This is a personal website of Mak Yuen Teen intended to convey his personal views on current developments in corporate governance and to share thought leadership publications.
