On 19 April 2023, SGX Regco issued a notice of compliance to Shanghai Turbo requiring it to appoint an independent reviewer to look into the appointment of Mr Liu Ming to the board on 3 March 2023.
I thought readers may find the case study on Shanghai Turbo published in 2019 which I edited interesting, particularly with regards to the role of Mr Liu Ming in past events.
I think the independent review should also look at the actions of the current and past directors, as one person cannot do everything if not helped by others.
