The Forum on Whistleblowing Policies and Realities, organised by the Centre for Investor Protection at NUS Business School, to be held on 7 December 2026 is now open for registration. Registration will close on 23 November 2026. Those who have pre-registered their interest should formally register.
Information on registration and the forum, including how to get to the venue, are provided in the attached. The bios of the speakers are also included.
Anyone who has an interest in the topic is welcome to register. You can scan the QR code of click on the link in the registration form to register. We have asked those who are registering to indicate the nature of their interest.
We will be publishing a report on whistleblowing policies of the top 100 SGX-listed and top 100 Bursa-listed issuers to coincide with the forum, and sharing the key findings from the study, including how these issuers score based on a whistleblowing scorecard. This will be followed by a fireside chat which I will have with a whistleblower. The forum will conclude with a panel discussion, including on the use of AI in whistleblowing investigations.
