Together with my colleague at the NUS Business School, Adjunct Associate Professor Richard Tan, we are pleased to release our report,  done in collaboration with CPA Australia, titled “Banking on Governance, Insuring Sustainability”. The report covers board governance, remuneration, risk management and emerging trends (corporate culture, sustainability, technological disruption and cybersecurity) among 50 of the largest listed banks and 50 of the largest listed insurance companies in Asia-Pacific. It is based on public disclosures.

We would like to acknowledge the great research work done by four BBA (Accountancy) honours students. They are, in alphabetical order: Ho Hyui Shan Trenna; Koay Xin Yi, Junie; Neo Zhi Qi; and Ng Shi Ya, Rachel.
