I heard yesterday that SGX is releasing its consultation paper on SPACs today. However, this baby is due today, after months of hard work. It’s meant to be out in March before the usual busy April AGM season.
I hope readers find it interesting. It looks particularly closely into 2020 virtual AGMs but covers meetings over the period from 2017 to 2020.
