All Trained Up With No Place to Go?

The Centre for Investor Protection has just published the latest Viewpoint issue and it can be accessed from the link below. Although there are many organisations out there offering training to prepare directors for listed issuers (whether they do this well is a separate matter), there are not many opportunities that open up each year, particularly for first-time directors. The fact that we have no limits on number of directorships and lax rules on independence aggravate the problem.
